The BoC Winter Explore Bib Tights

Designed to keep you warm, and comfortable throughout the winter months. The BoC Winter Explore Bib Tights feature a stretch fit, thermal fleeced fabric on the waist and legs. Two rear hidden mesh pockets add valuable storage space for extra winter snacks, tools or layers, and carefully integrated reflectives help add winter visibility on the road.

With a zipper-free construction, these bibs are built to last the harsh winters ahead. Close-fitting ankle cuffs ensure they stay in place, and the flexible mesh shoulder straps add breathability to the upper body.

The chamois pad used in the Winter Explore Tights is the same proven pad used in our ICON Explore Shorts, and is designed for long rides over any terrain. It features temperature regulation and anti-bacterial properties to keep you comfortable and warm in a range of weather conditions.

Thin, cosy fabric - warm and great fit

The tights are rather thin but cosy and very flexible. I need to sqeeze in. But once I have managed, they protect my legs really well against the cold. I have done 60 miles a couple of times in temps around 0°C and can say that they do their job.

Before I always had problems with winter bib shorts, which, due to thick warm material, did not stay in place while riding.
New BoC Winter bib shorts are warm and compact.
It just feels great while riding.

Very Snug - Insert quite thin (for me) :(

Bought this a few weeks back after BOC released this item.
Tight fit so relieved I went a size higher - my normal "large" would've been impossible to wear.
The insert wasn't as substantial as i had hoped so i wear shorts underneath - moving forwards it would be a great idea to offer these without an insert for this scenario (???)
It's not got too cold yet for these bad boys to show their worth but they seem up to the task at the moment albeit for rides up to 2hrs - beyond that the insert issue would play havoc with me :(
